| 2.Do you assemble boards fabricated by another board shop? |
| No. We have high quality standards and will only assemble boards ordered thru One-Stop Assembly, thus to check consistent quality and expedited turn-time. |
| 3.What documentation do you need for PCB? |
| a. PCB gerber file (Gerber file, Eagle , AutoCAD's DXF.DWG. are acceptable). |
| b. Technology of pcb.( like pcb size, PCB thick, cooper thick, technology of board etc) |
| c. Or if you don't know the above a,b, pls send pcb sample to us ,we are responsible for copy. |

| 4.What documentation and electronic data do you need for PCB assembly? |
| Providing PCB file: |
| a. PCB gerber file(Gerber file, Eagle , AutoCAD's DXF.DWG. are acceptable). |
| b. Bom list of components /components list.( bom including components part number, manufacturer, package, quantity, value etc) |
| c. For the IC ,if you need to burn software on ic ,you should get us software ,software model. |
| d. If need function test, you should tell us how to test. |
| If not having PCB file , pls send sample to our factory. |

| 5.What does your quoted price include? |
| We will provide you pricing for PCB assembly. The PCB assembly pricing includes tooling, solder stencil and assembly labor for loading the components. If upon requirement , our price will separate apart each parts for quotation list |

| 6.How do you determine turn-time? |
| For pcb making ,the usual delivery time is 7 days .if you are hurry for pcb ,our quickest time is 2 days . |
| For pcb assembly, the usual delivery time is 10-15days.we are responsible for pcb making ,components purchasing ,components assembly. |
| For pcb design .the usual delivery time is 20 days. Just depending on the difficulties of designing. |
| For wire&shell assembly together with pcb assembly, the usual delivery time for sample are 20-25 days, once checking the sample ,the bulk order time will be speed up. |

| 7. Do you provide lead-free PCB?assembly? |
| Yes,we could provide both lead ,lead free assembly. |
| 8. What if I have problems with my loaded boards? |
| If after receiving your loaded boards you run into problems of any kind, contact us at once.? We will evaluate the issue and repair/rework or remake as may be appropriate after determining the root cause of the problem, and then send to you. |
| 9. What are your PCB Assembly Quality standards? |
| We manufacture PCBs to meet IPC-600 Class 2 specifications as the default, supported by inspection and test criteria established by IPC as well as internal requirements to meet or exceed those specifications. For Assembly, we build to IPC-A-610 Rev E Class 2. |
| 10.What payment will you adapt? |
| For sample order ,we adapt Paypal, TT, Westunion. |
| For bulk order ,we adapt TT, LC. |

| 2. What type of payment& payment terms do you accept? |
| We accept Paypal(for small amount), Western Union and wire transfer. For payment below 3000USD, we |
| prefer full prepayment when order placed. For payment above 3000usd, we accept 50%-60% prepayment when |
| order placed, and the balance should be paid on delivery. |

| 3. Can you improve our designs or offer engineering support to our technical department? |
| Yes, we have our own design team. We can do design work for you and we also can give you engineering |
| support for those problems found during assembly process or correct design defects. |

| 4. Can you supply sample boards free of charge? |
| Sorry, we usually do not supply free sample boards. But the cost can be refunded if the value of your volume |
| order exceeds a certain amount. |

| 5. If I order small quantity first and order large quantity later on, do I still pay setup fee? |
| Setup cost and E-testing fixture cost are one time charge. There are only applicable to new orders and will be |
| waived if you repeat the order. |

| 6. What kinds of file format do you need? |
| We can accept Gerber RS-274X, 274D, Eagle and AutoCAD’s DXF, DWG formats. |
| 7. What type of Bill of Material (BOM) file do you accept? |
| We prefer MS Excel format |
